We converted our detached garage into a guest house for my mother-in-law. The permit process alone — between the city and the HOA — would have taken us years on our own. They had approvals in 8 weeks and finished the build exactly on schedule. The space is beautiful and my mother-in-law hasn't stopped talking about it.
Our primary bathroom was embarrassingly outdated for a home in this neighborhood. The team completely redesigned it — heated floors, a walk-in rain shower, soaking tub, and custom tile work throughout. The project manager was in contact constantly and the craftsmanship is absolutely magazine-worthy. Worth every penny.
