Pacific Palisades Remodeling was founded on a simple premise: this neighborhood deserves a contractor who truly understands it. Not just the building codes — though those are complex here — but the character of each street, the soil conditions on every hillside, and the expectations of homeowners who have invested everything in this community.
We are a licensed Class B General Contractor serving Pacific Palisades and the surrounding coastal communities. Our team brings together experienced project managers, licensed tradespeople, and local permit specialists — all working under one roof with one goal: deliver exceptional results without the surprises.
Since 2008, we have completed over 340 projects in the Palisades alone — from kitchen remodels in the Alphabet Streets to full fire rebuilds in the Riviera. Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as your single point of contact from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.
After the January 2025 fires, we expanded our fire rebuild and WUI compliance practice to serve the hundreds of families rebuilding in Pacific Palisades. We understand the insurance process, the LADBS timelines, and the Coastal Commission requirements that make rebuilding here uniquely challenging — and we navigate all of it on your behalf.
